Economic Stimulus Package Update

The proposed $15,000 tax credit for anybody buying a home over the next year has been dropped. Instead first-time homebuyers could claim an $8,000 credit for homes bought by the end of August. With Mortgage rates at or near all time lows this is a great time to buy a new home in Massachusetts.
